AGM – SALES (SOURCING & CLOSING) @ HIRECREST
This critical leadership role seeks a results-driven real estate professional to serve as the AGM – Sales (Sourcing & Closing) and Site Head based in Thane. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant sales value and volume in line with the agreed business plan, ensuring the achievement of targeted topline revenues and approved price realizations. A major focus is leading a team of 4–5 members, maximizing performance across all direct sales channels—including digital leads, events, and referrals—and managing the overall sales operations for a high-value luxury residential project.
We are seeking an individual with over seven years of experience, including 3–4 years in effective people management. Strong expertise in both sourcing new business and closing complex deals is mandatory, as is prior, proven experience within the Thane real estate market. The AGM will also be tasked with strategically expanding the channel partner network, ensuring high performance from existing partners and activating non-performing segments to maximize revenue generation.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of total experience in Real Estate Sales.
- 3-4 years of experience in people management/team leadership.
- Prior experience in the Thane real estate market (Must have).
- Proven track record in closing and sourcing deals, particularly in high-value projects.
- Ability to handle direct sales channels including online and offline enquiries (events, exhibitions, referrals, digital leads).
- Demonstrated career stability and strong leadership qualities.
- Experience in Luxury residential sales is preferred.
- Expertise in strengthening and expanding the channel partner network and managing partner performance.
- Ability to achieve targeted topline and approved price realizations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills for a team size of 4-5 members.
