The Accounting Officer will work closely with the Finance Manager to support strategic financial planning and efficiency. Key tasks include managing general ledger accounts, processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assisting in budget preparation and variance analysis. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3 years in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage and maintain general ledger accounts and sub-ledgers.
- Experience processing accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
