TECHNICAL STAFF @ HALOTEL
Halotel is looking for competent Technical Staff to provide essential support for our regional operations. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of various telecommunication equipment and infrastructure components. The Technical Staff will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime and performance of network elements, responding swiftly to technical faults, and executing planned upgrades.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telecommunications fault management and a strong understanding of network protocols. The position requires frequent travel and fieldwork within the specified working locations, Geita and Kagera, ensuring that all technical standards are met and documented meticulously.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintaining and supporting telecommunication systems.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency in network configuration and monitoring tools.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and preventive measures on technical equipment.
- Technical degree or diploma in IT, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
- Experience working with BTS, transmission, and power systems.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to provide on-call support when required.
- Capacity to work in Geita and Kagera regions.
