RADIO STAFF @ HALOTEL
Halotel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Radio Staff professional to join our technical team. The primary responsibility includes planning, optimizing, and maintaining the performance of the radio access network across designated regions. Key tasks involve conducting RF surveys, analyzing network performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary configurations to ensure high-quality service delivery for our customers.
The successful candidate must possess deep knowledge of modern mobile communication standards (e.g., LTE, 5G) and practical experience with network optimization tools. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel and work effectively in the specified areas, which include Geita and Kagera. Collaboration with infrastructure and technical teams is crucial for successful project execution and issue resolution.

Requirements:
- Experience in radio network planning and optimization.
- Proficiency with RF propagation tools and network analysis.
- Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G radio access technologies (RATs).
- Ability to conduct site surveys and interference analysis.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for radio network issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Halotel network infrastructure standards.
- Ability to work in remote locations (Geita and Kagera).
- Valid driver's license.
