Halotel is searching for a detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to manage key HR functions supporting our regional staff. Responsibilities include executing recruitment strategies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all local labor legislation. This role is vital for maintaining a positive and productive work environment within the organization.
The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and will be tasked with developing and implementing HR policies tailored to the operational needs of our teams in Geita and Kagera. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to fair and transparent HR practices are paramount.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Deep knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Experience in performance management and training program coordination.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Swahili and English).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience compiling HR reports and analyzing workforce data.
- Willingness to support staff across regional offices, including Geita and Kagera.
