SALES MANAGER @ GEORGE DONALT
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Arusha, Tanzania. The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish clear targets, and ensure the successful achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the direction for sales operations and driving overall business growth within the region.
Key duties include preparing comprehensive sales plans and managing their execution, as well as conducting regular market research and trend analysis to maintain a competitive edge. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate professional eager to motivate a team and exceed expectations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Must be passionate, enthusiastic, and highly motivated about sales and achieving targets.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective, data-driven sales strategies.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding demanding sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Experience preparing and managing comprehensive sales plans and budgets.
- Proficiency in conducting regular market research and trend analysis to support business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Must be highly results-oriented and able to perform effectively under pressure.
