RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST @ GEORGE DONALT
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the entire hiring process for a large 300+ employee factory environment. This full-cycle role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for both factory floor and office positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment pipeline tailored to the demands of the manufacturing industry.
The specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate recruitment data and generating reports, specifically utilizing systems like Oracle PeopleSoft. Furthermore, they will support new employee onboarding processes and collaborate closely with line managers on essential manpower planning initiatives. This on-site role is based specifically in Kibaha (Misugusugu) and requires local residency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Proven experience working within a large manufacturing or factory environment (200+ employees preferred).
- Must currently reside in Kibaha (Misugusugu or nearby areas).
- Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques and utilizing various job boards.
- Excellent command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience maintaining recruitment data and generating reports.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Oracle PeopleSoft, is highly advantageous.
