GELVETH GROUP LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Officer to report directly to the Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam and will be responsible for executing robust sales strategies, driving market penetration, and ensuring the delivery of high-level customer care services. This role requires a highly organized and articulate individual who is capable of working hard and meeting stringent deadlines.
This position is ideal for a professional with a background in Business Administration, specifically someone possessing strong integrity, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in the insurance sector, demonstrating self-initiative, and the capacity to be an effective team player within a demanding, fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales and marketing or a related industry.
- Experience in the insurance field is considered an added advantage.
- Must be presentable, well-articulated, and highly organized.
- Ability to provide high-level customer care services.
- Demonstrated dedication and hardworking attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must be a person of high integrity, a collaborative team player, and possess self-initiative.
