GaoTek Inc. is offering a challenging and rewarding 3-month unpaid HR Internship opportunity in a 100% remote global environment. This role is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience in critical HR and recruitment operations, allowing interns to collaborate with diverse international teams. The primary goal is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, equipping the intern with foundational skills necessary for a successful career in Human Resources.
This opportunity is ideal for current students (2nd year onwards) and fresh graduates who possess a strong interest in HR and career development. While the internship is unpaid, top-performing individuals who demonstrate exceptional skill and commitment will be considered for permanent job placement within the company upon successful completion. Interns will also receive three International Internship Certificates as recognition of their acquired skills and contributions.

Requirements:
- Strong demonstrated interest in Human Resources (HR) and recruitment processes.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (2nd year onwards) or a recent university graduate.
- Ability to commit to the full 3-month duration of the unpaid internship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with international teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a 100% remote setting.
- Basic understanding of standard HR administrative tasks and confidentiality protocols.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and professional development.
- Must have access to reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.
