SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER @ FURSAFLIX
Fursaflix is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Tanzania. This role involves developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and foster strong online communities across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the most important social media KPIs, managing all social media accounts, and ensuring content is engaging and aligns with company goals. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's digital voice and presence.Key responsibilities include creating and curating high-quality content, running targeted advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies. We seek a proactive individual who can handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and translate data insights into actionable strategies to optimize our performance and engagement metrics across the Tanzanian digital landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok best practices.
- Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with social media management and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to deliver creative and engaging content (text, image, and video).
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design and content publishing principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Swahili.
- Submission of a professional Resume and Portfolio demonstrating previous successful campaigns.
