DIGITAL MARKETER @ FANTOM GROUP
We are seeking a commercially astute Digital Marketer for the FANTOM GROUP to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that drive qualified lead generation, support revenue growth, and strengthen brand positioning. The role requires a disciplined professional who can align digital marketing performance with broader business and sales objectives, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. This is a Full-Time position based in Thika Road, Kenya.
Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms, tracking campaign performance metrics like ROI and conversion rates, and nurturing high-quality leads. Compensation for this role includes a Gross Monthly Retainer ranging from KES 25,000 to 30,000, along with performance-based commission linked to successful conversions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years' proven experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, paid media platforms, and analytics.
- Experience in Marketing, Fintech, Insurance, or Real Estate sectors will be an added advantage.
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth targets.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads to support Business Development and sales teams.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI/ROMI.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Client Services teams to ensure effective lead conversion and client acquisition.
- Enhance brand visibility, digital presence, and market engagement in line with corporate standards.
