This role at Fakulin agriculture Ltd, based in Dar es Salaam, requires a meticulous and results-driven Data Analyst responsible for optimizing critical business processes through quantitative insights. The primary focus involves providing professional data support for factory order placement, ensuring quantities align with market demand, and streamlining inventory transfer logistics between headquarters and branch warehouses to maximize the efficiency of pesticide product allocation.
The successful candidate will also spearhead in-depth sales performance and comprehensive inventory analysis. This includes identifying key sales areas for promotion, screening slow-moving goods that require strategic inventory digestion efforts, and formulating targeted, data-backed suggestions. Regular compilation of detailed data reports and presentation of analysis results to the management team are essential components of this position to inform and support high-level business decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics or a related field; with certificates or proof of participation/awards in mathematics competitions to demonstrate excellent mathematical application ability.
- Proficient in Excel and other Office software, skilled in using functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and data visualization tools to process and analyze large-scale data.
- Strong logical thinking ability, careful and rigorous in work.
- Ability to provide professional data support for factory order placement decisions, ensuring rationality of order quantity and category matching.
- Capable of conducting in-depth sales performance analysis and comprehensive inventory analysis of pesticide products.
- Proven ability to compile data reports and present analysis results effectively to senior management.
- Experience working with large datasets and implementing data quality checks.
- Familiarity with popular business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
