HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER @ EMPLOYD STAFFING SOLUTIONS
Employd Staffing Solutions is seeking a mature and experienced Human Resource Officer for their client, a major grower and exporter specializing in Kenyan-origin fruits. This urgent position is based in Eastern By-Pass, Nairobi, Kenya. The successful candidate will be pivotal in aligning HR strategies with global business goals and ensuring compliance with diverse international and local labor regulations. The salary range for this position is Ksh 80,000 to Ksh 100,000 per month.
This role encompasses full-cycle HR management, including strategic planning, leading recruitment and onboarding, implementing performance appraisal systems, and managing employee relations and conflict resolution. A crucial part of the job involves managing competitive pay structures, payroll, benefits, and leveraging HRIS data for strategic decision-making, particularly focusing on supporting the business's international export operations and logistics.

Requirements:
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Proven HR management experience, specifically in international or export-oriented businesses.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, including local Kenyan regulations and international/export-related standards.
- Excellent people management, communication, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing HRIS systems and generating HR metrics for strategic reporting.
- Ability to develop HR strategies that align directly with broader business goals and drivers in a dynamic environment.
- Experience leading comprehensive recruitment cycles, onboarding processes, and succession planning initiatives.
- Proficiency in managing competitive pay structures, payroll, and employee benefits administration.
- Skill in bridging management and employee relations, including effective conflict resolution.
- Ability to implement and manage performance appraisal systems and identify organizational training needs.
