INVENTORY & PROCUREMENT MANAGER @ ECLA AFRICA
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Inventory & Procurement Manager with over 7 years of professional experience, specifically within the African region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory planning, procurement, and vendor negotiation within our manufacturing or packaging operations. This role demands a leader with a strong foundation in supply chain management and proven success in optimizing stock levels and achieving cost efficiencies across complex logistical networks.Key responsibilities include implementing robust ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), developing advanced procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Candidates must hold an MBA in Supply Chain Management from a premier institution and demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities and leadership skills essential for managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- MBA in Supply Chain Management from a premier institute.
- Strong background in manufacturing / packaging companies.
- Expertise in inventory planning, procurement & vendor negotiation.
- Africa experience is a plus.
- ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / similar).
- Proven ability to manage complex supply chains across multiple African nations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
