This role requires an experienced professional to manage and oversee all daily operations of the restaurant located in Arusha. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service standards, supervising and training all restaurant staff, and guaranteeing strict compliance with all operational, health, and safety regulations. The manager is central to driving efficiency and maintaining the high quality of the dining experience.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in hospitality management, capable of handling budgeting, inventory control, and staff performance evaluations. Requirements:
- Experience in restaurant management or supervision
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field
- Ability to oversee daily restaurant operations effectively
- Proficiency in staff supervision, coaching, and training programs
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and relevant operational compliance regulations
- Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting and sales reporting
- Expertise in inventory control, ordering, and supply chain management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
