Requirements:
- Hold an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Possess significant minimum flight hours (e.g., 1500 hours).

- Strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with crew and air traffic control.
- Must pass rigorous background checks and drug screening.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
