Requirements:
- Hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
- Proven experience in commercial aircraft maintenance or related fields.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and regulatory documents.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations (e.g., OSHA, FAA).
- Must own or be willing to acquire essential hand tools.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
