Requirements:
- Excellent coffee-making skills, including latte art proficiency.
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences and maintaining high service standards.
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar fast-paced food service environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various brewing methods and ability to operate and maintain espresso machines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area and equipment.
- Capability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
