Day Sparkle Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of a respected client in Dar es Salaam for a dedicated and experienced Home Nanny. This vital role involves providing comprehensive, loving, and educational care for the client's children within their home environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the children’s daily routine, ensuring their safety, and fostering their developmental and emotional well-being through structured play and learning activities. The position requires a professional commitment to childcare standards and outstanding communication skills.
Candidates must possess a formal Certificate in Early Childhood Education and demonstrate fluency in English. A genuine, deep-seated love for children is essential, alongside the ability to manage typical household tasks related to the children's care, such as meal preparation and tidiness. We seek someone reliable, patient, and proactive in creating a stimulating and nurturing atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Genuine love for children and strong passion for childcare
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication)
- Proven experience (2+ years) caring for infants or toddlers
- Knowledge of child development stages and milestones
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
- Certification in Basic First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of patience, responsibility, and reliability
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the child
