DESKTOP SUPPORT L1 @ CURE IT SOLUTIONS
Seeking a qualified Desktop Support L1 specialist for an immediate backfill position located on-site in Schiedam, Netherlands. This contract role is expected to last 4–6 months and requires proficiency in the Dutch language (B1 level minimum) to effectively communicate with local end-users. The primary focus of this role is providing first-line technical assistance and resolution for various end-user computing (EUC) incidents.Responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting, ticket management, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop environments. Candidates must have proven experience in L1 support, a strong commitment to service excellence, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Backfill role, requiring on-site presence in Schiedam.
- Dutch language proficiency at B1 level or higher is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Desktop / End-User Computing (EUC) L1 support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to end-users.
- Manage ticketing system queues and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Windows Operating System deployment and management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the 4–6 month duration.
