LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE – SOLAR @ CONNECT CARE
This remote position as a Lead Generation Executive focuses on generating high-quality residential and commercial solar leads for an Australia-based solar company. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls during Australian Business Hours (4:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday), qualifying prospects for rooftop solar installation, and accurately capturing customer details in the CRM system. The role requires meeting strict daily and weekly lead targets and ensuring coordination with the sales and closing teams to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Australian solar lead generation campaigns.
- Proven experience with B2C outbound calling techniques.
- Strong, professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with solar concepts, including panels, rebates, billing, and savings.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote environment.
- Comfortable with performance metrics, daily/weekly lead targets, and quality benchmarks.
- Experience utilizing CRM tools for tracking customer details and follow-ups.
