CONNECTB2B LTD LTD is seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer to join their team in Bergen, Norway. This is a freelance, full-time onsite role focused on providing essential End-User Computing (EUC) Level 1 support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth technical operations, focusing particularly on daily operations and problem resolution for end-users.
Key responsibilities include managing hardware support, providing rapid assistance for end-user issues, performing basic network troubleshooting, and managing meeting room and AV systems. Fluency in Norwegian is a mandatory requirement for effective communication with local staff and clients.

Requirements:
- General EUC Level 1 support expertise.
- Proficient in Hardware & End-User support.
- Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Meeting room / AV support.
- Fluent in the local language (Norwegian).
- Proven experience in resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite capacity.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
