DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION @ CONFIDENTIAL DIVERSIFIED GROUP
This executive opportunity seeks a Director of Strategy & Transformation to join a confidential diversified group. The successful candidate will be pivotal in shaping the corporate direction, driving major business transformation, and leading performance improvement initiatives across various business units. This role requires a visionary leader capable of delivering sustainable growth and operational excellence. The position is located in Bahrain, but is eligible for candidates in Singapore and Kuwait as well.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic planning cycles, providing crucial M&A support, and designing sophisticated operating models. You will be responsible for spearheading enterprise-wide transformation programs to ensure the group remains competitive and achieves its long-term objectives. The salary range for this position is USD 15,000 – 21,000 monthly, plus executive benefits.
