Collection in the Wild is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. This role involves welcoming guests into deeply rooted wilderness spaces, where conservation, hospitality, and thoughtful experiences converge. The ideal candidate must be a Kenyan Resident, possess 7+ years in luxury hospitality sales, and be comfortable owning targets while maintaining exceptional professionalism and warmth in communication.
The Senior Travel Consultant will work closely with the reservations and marketing teams, focusing on detail and utilizing platforms like ResRequest to manage bookings and sales pipelines effectively. This is a remote position requiring a self-driven individual capable of operating independently to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction within the luxury travel market segment.

Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in luxury hospitality sales
- Is strategic, self-driven, and comfortable owning targets
- Communicates with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
- Work closely with our reservations and marketing teams
- Detail-focused
- Experience using ResRequest
- Be able to work remotely
