The Sales Manager will be expected to analyze market trends, provide actionable insights for business expansion, and meticulously prepare sales reports and performance forecasts for management. Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
- Strong marketing knowledge and strategic planning ability.
- Excellent customer communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proven ability to act as the front line in securing targeted companies and closing deals.
