HR AND ADMIN OFFICER @ CITYWALK
This role involves managing both Human Resources and administrative functions within the company. The HR and Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, managing employee records, and supporting overall staff well-being. A male candidate is preferred to ensure gender balance within the team.
Key administrative duties include managing office supplies, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth running of the Nairobi Westland office operations. The successful candidate must be ready for a physical interview as scheduled by the company. The salary offered for this position is between 70,000 KES and 80,000 KES per month.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience in managing payroll and employee benefits.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be available for a physical interview in Nairobi.
