EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO @ CHIRA PIM
This role seeks a highly capable, adaptable, and business-minded Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive professional and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate must be proactive, resourceful, discreet, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving, multicultural environment, operating closely with the CEO and international teams across Thailand, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, and Switzerland. This position is primarily Work From Home with 1–2 flexible office days per week in Bangkok.
Key responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, handling inquiries, improving workflow, and driving strategic initiatives like factory/office relocations and machine procurement. The role also requires personal assistance, including travel arrangement and lifestyle management, and requires fluent French (mandatory) and fluent Thai skills. Benefits include social security, a performance bonus, and an annual salary adjustment. The salary ranges from 40,000 to 150,000 THB based on skills and capability.

Requirements:
- Fluent French – Native or near-native proficiency (MANDATORY)
- Fluent Thai – spoken and written proficiency
- English language proficiency (advantageous)
- Strong computer literacy, including Outlook, Excel, Calendar management, and AI tools
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrate high professionalism, confidentiality, and independence
- Experience preferred in corporate or Small/Medium Enterprise (SME) environments
- Understanding of business operations and customer workflow
- Ability to operate closely with the CEO and coordinate international teams across multiple time zones
- Must be highly reachable during working hours (08:30 – 18:00) and willing to occasionally adapt to the Swiss time zone for calls
