The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and motivating a production shift, ensuring operations meet stringent quality and safety standards within the tea manufacturing environment. Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills in a production environment, specifically leading a dynamic production team.
- Expertise in quality control, safety protocols, and driving innovation in tea manufacturing.
- Understanding of global best practices in manufacturing and ability to implement them locally.
- Commitment to sustainability and contributing to a mission that empowers communities.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the tea manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production industry.
- Strong decision-making and complex problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for managing a diverse shift workforce.
- Ability to manage and adapt to various shift rotations as a 'Reliever' effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of production scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining high output targets.
