FIELD TECHNICIANS - ISP @ BRITES MANAGEMENT SERVICES
This is an exciting opportunity for Entry Level Field Technicians specializing in Internet Service Provider (ISP) services to join BRITES MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The successful candidates will be primarily based in Kenya, with potential deployment across Machakos, Kilifi, and Kisii regions. Responsibilities will include hands-on training and eventual execution of fibre and wireless internet installations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and troubleshooting customer connection issues related to broadband technologies (DSL, Fiber, Cable, Wi-Fi, LTE).
The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline and demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and field methodologies. This role is crucial for expanding our network reach and ensuring reliable connectivity for our clients. The position offers a competitive starting salary of Ksh. 20,000 per month, reflecting the entry-level nature of the role and providing a foundational step into the telecommunications industry.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Willingness to be trained in ISP services, fibre and Wireless Internet installation.
- Familiarity with broadband technologies (DSL, Fiber, Cable).
- Familiarity with wireless networks (Wi-Fi, LTE).
- Proven basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
