We are urgently recruiting motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience who are passionate about driving sales and building client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, presenting company products/services effectively, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Success in this position relies heavily on excellent communication, resilience, and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets within the market. The primary operational area will be Mbagala Mission in Dar es Salaam, requiring local travel. Ideal candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and client documentation. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, target-driven, and possess superior interpersonal skills. Requirements:
- Fresher or 1 to 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office for reporting and tracking.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
