The HR Advisory & Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire day-to-day recruitment operations for Bina Consulting and its diverse clientele across the East African market, specifically based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This managerial role requires coordinating hiring requirements, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality talent solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to regional labor laws and best HR practices.

Key responsibilities include leading the recruitment team to achieve service targets, acting as the primary liaison between the company and client organizations, and providing strategic recruitment solutions based on client manpower needs. The manager will also oversee all stages of the talent pipeline, from job postings and strategic sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer management, accurate record maintenance, and the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Human Resources or related field (highly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing a recruitment team or senior recruiters.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with Regional Labour laws specific to East Africa.
  • Experience working with clients within Tanzania or the wider East African region.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple clients and industries daily.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to mentor and supervise the recruitment team.
  • Expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated capability in strategic sourcing and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
