PROJECT MANAGER / SCRUM MASTER @ BESTARION
Bestarion is seeking a skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master to oversee and deliver complex software projects for our US clientele. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying Agile principles to maximize team productivity, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution. This role requires strong leadership to guide the development process and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
This position allows for flexible hybrid or remote work across Vietnam, and includes the potential for fully covered travel for business trips or onsite project initiation in the United States.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically managing software development projects.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple development teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Expertise in planning, execution, and closing projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Strong skills in risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to remove impediments for the development team and protect them from external distractions.
- Excellent facilitation and motivational skills.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders (US clients).
- Experience in budgeting and resource allocation for project teams.
