Bestarion seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our technical teams serving our US client base. This role involves balancing technical oversight, strategic planning, and people management, ensuring that teams deliver high-quality, scalable software efficiently. The Manager will be responsible for fostering a strong engineering culture and driving continuous improvement in development processes.
This managerial position offers hybrid or fully remote work flexibility within Vietnam, with the possibility of travel to the United States for critical client meetings or team coordination, with all travel expenses covered.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a formal technical leadership or Engineering Manager role.
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5+ software engineers.
- Strong technical background, preferably in one of the core technologies used (.NET, Java, or DevOps).
- Expertise in software development lifecycle, process optimization, and delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Ability to set technical direction, define priorities, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising between engineering, product, and US client stakeholders.
- Experience with budget management and resource planning.
- Proven track record in driving performance reviews and professional development plans.
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams effectively.
- Excellent conflict resolution and organizational skills.
- Participate in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
