ENGAGEMENT MANAGER @ BESTARION
The Engagement Manager at Bestarion will act as the primary liaison between our delivery teams in Vietnam and our key US client stakeholders. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction, driving successful project outcomes, and fostering long-term strategic relationships. Responsibilities include defining engagement scope, monitoring progress, managing client communications, and ensuring the quality of technical deliverables.
The role offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements throughout Vietnam, complemented by the expectation of travel to the United States for essential meetings or strategy sessions, with all associated expenses fully paid.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting, account management, or client engagement roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships with high-value US clients.
- Expertise in scoping projects, managing expectations, and ensuring successful service delivery.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of technical delivery cycles.
- Ability to identify opportunities for account growth and new service offerings.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing financial aspects of client engagements (budget tracking, invoicing).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve client conflicts effectively.
- Experience working across different time zones to coordinate delivery teams.
- Proficient in creating detailed status reports and performance metrics for stakeholders.
