This critical role involves supporting overall sales performance, meticulously overseeing the daily operations of sales agents, ensuring superior customer satisfaction, and strictly upholding risk and compliance standards within the organization. The successful candidate will be key to driving sustainable portfolio growth.
Furthermore, the Assistant Sales Manager will play a vital part in coaching and developing sales teams, actively supporting various marketing campaigns, and providing valuable field insights necessary to improve our existing products and processes. Ideal candidates are results-driven leaders passionate about delivering customer-centric financial solutions, and the position requires deployment to one of the following locations: Bukoba, Geita, or Moshi.

Requirements:

- Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Experience in supporting and implementing local marketing campaigns.
- Commitment to achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Ability to rigorously uphold internal risk management and external compliance standards.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
