OFFICE CAR DRIVER @ BACKBONE
We are seeking a professional and reliable Office Car Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for company employees, executives, and guests within Tanzania. The successful candidate must uphold the highest standards of courtesy and discretion, ensuring scheduled pickups and drop-offs are executed promptly and safely. The role involves meticulous care of the assigned vehicle, including routine checks, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring the car is always clean and presentable. Candidates must have extensive knowledge of the local geographic area and proven experience managing time effectively to navigate peak traffic conditions.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license for passenger vehicles with a clean driving history.
- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably for corporate executives.
- Excellent knowledge of local Tanzanian roads and traffic patterns.
- Punctuality and reliability are paramount.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with company personnel.
- Ability to maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with defensive driving techniques.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required.
- Secondary school education (Form IV certificate).
