We are urgently seeking an experienced Safety Section Head for a reputable long-term Oil & Gas Project located in Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading a dedicated safety team responsible for ensuring operational compliance and safe execution across critical phases such as maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, and preventive maintenance.
The successful candidate must possess mandatory experience within the Oil & Gas industry and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to drive sectional safety performance and implement proactive safety measures. The position offers an attractive salary and is part of a fast recruitment process.

Requirements:
- Significant experience managing a specialized safety section within major industrial projects.
- Expertise in Maintenance, Shutdown, Turnaround, and Preventive Maintenance safety protocols.
- Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas industry is essential.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of safety supervisors and engineers.
- Strong understanding of local and international HSE regulations.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification.
- Experience in developing and delivering specialized safety training programs.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills related to safety performance.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant safety experience, with 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
