The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all regional safety functions, ensuring compliance with international standards and company policies across various project phases, including maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, and preventive maintenance operations.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Safety Management within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven experience in overseeing regional safety operations and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in Maintenance, Shutdown, Turnaround, and Preventive Maintenance safety protocols.
- Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas industry is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing large safety teams across multiple sites.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH Diploma).
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
- Strong negotiation and crisis management skills.
- Experience in conducting high-level safety audits and incident investigations.
- Minimum 10 years of related experience, with 5 years in a managerial role.
