We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant specializing in the FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading and executing complex SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration within diverse, complex system landscapes across our clients. The ideal candidate will leverage 4 to 8 years of deep SAP consulting knowledge to drive transformative solutions and provide expert guidance.
Key responsibilities include hands-on configuration of SAP FICO, participating in pre-sales activities, and supporting delivery engagements. The position is remote, based in Germany, but requires flexibility for travel up to 30% across the EU and US based on project needs. A mandatory requirement for this role is possession of a valid Germany work visa.

Requirements:
- 4–8 years of relevant SAP consulting experience.
- 4+ years of strong, hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules.
- Proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA project experience.
- Expertise in managing and integrating complex system landscapes.
- Demonstrated exposure to pre-sales activities and project delivery phases.
- Flexibility to travel up to 30% internationally (EU and US).
- Possession of a mandatory, valid Germany work visa.
- Deep understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) business processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to German employment standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system configuration issues.
