This is an exciting opportunity at A POWER GROUP TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED for a motivated Business Development Engineer based in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, particularly focusing on preparing and securing tenders and managing the full sales cycle within the electrical engineering or related technology sector.
The role requires a candidate with strong technical foundations, proven experience in competitive tender processes, and excellent communication skills. You will work independently, managing pressure and deadlines to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence in Tanzania.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or related field
- Proven experience in preparing and winning tenders
- 1-3 years experience in business development, sales or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of the technology and electrical industry sector
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to meet strict submission deadlines
