SALES EXECUTIVE (13 POSITIONS) @ ANDO ROOFING PRODUCTS LTD
Ando Roofing Products Ltd is urgently seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals for the role of Sales Executive. We are hiring 13 positions to support our expanding operations. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales of our high-quality roofing and uPVC products across multiple locations, including the Dar es Salaam region and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring established sales targets are consistently met.This position requires candidates to possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, combined with at least two years of relevant professional sales experience. Prior experience in the building materials industry, particularly with roofing or uPVC products, is considered a significant advantage. Successful candidates must be adept at negotiation, possess strong communication skills, and have thorough knowledge of the local Tanzanian market to effectively penetrate new segments and grow our market share.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Sales.
- Proven experience in selling roofing products or uPVC products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities for managing multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and tracking.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated sales territory, including Dar es Salaam and other locations.
- Demonstrated customer-focused approach and proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the Tanzanian construction and building materials market.
