The candidate must possess 3+ years of relevant experience and will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, and budget tracking, alongside managing essential administrative duties to ensure smooth office functionality.This role requires a highly organized and multi-skilled individual who can effectively manage diverse responsibilities, from financial compliance to supporting daily staff needs. Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
- Must be based in Kigali.
- Ability to manage both financial records and daily office administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and general ledger maintenance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Rwandan tax laws and compliance procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/French/Kinyarwanda desirable).
- Experience with procurement and inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
