Ampenet Solutions is hiring an experienced professional for the dual role of Accountant & Admin in our Kigali office. The candidate must possess 3+ years of relevant experience and will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including bookkeeping, reporting, and budget tracking, alongside managing essential administrative duties to ensure smooth office functionality.This role requires a highly organized and multi-skilled individual who can effectively manage diverse responsibilities, from financial compliance to supporting daily staff needs. Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
  • Must be based in Kigali.
  • Ability to manage both financial records and daily office administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and general ledger maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Rwandan tax laws and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English/French/Kinyarwanda desirable).
  • Experience with procurement and inventory management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
