FMCG SALES SUPERVISOR (7 POSITIONS) @ AMPENET
We are seeking 7 dynamic and results-oriented FMCG Sales Supervisors to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives, ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods sector, excellent leadership capabilities, and a commitment to driving market expansion and product visibility across assigned territories. We are looking for individuals who can translate strategic goals into actionable sales plans.
Key responsibilities include coaching and training sales personnel, monitoring competitor activities, managing client relationships, and preparing regular performance reports for senior management. Applicants must meet the educational requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in FMCG sales, demonstrating a proven track record of supervisory success and sales volume growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales.

- Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and retail distribution channels in Dar es Salaam.
