CHANNEL CONTROLLER MANAGER (3 POSITIONS) @ AHI COMPANY
AHI Company is looking for three dynamic Channel Controller Managers to optimize and govern our sales and distribution channels throughout the Dar es Salaam region. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing efficient channel structures, managing partner relationships, and ensuring that all distribution activities adhere to company policies and performance targets. A key aspect of this role is controlling operational budgets and analyzing channel profitability to maximize revenue generation.
The managers will monitor inventory levels, track sales volume across different channels, and identify areas for improvement in logistical efficiency and partner engagement. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of sales control metrics, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a high-volume environment. The role is based in Dar es Salaam.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel management, sales operations, or distribution control.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective channel strategies (e.g., B2B, retail, online).
- Strong analytical skills to monitor channel performance, inventory, and sales forecasts.
- Experience managing relationships with distributors, partners, or agents.
- Proficiency in relevant ERP or channel management software.
- Ability to enforce compliance and quality standards across all sales channels.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience managing regional or national sales teams.
- Understanding of market dynamics specific to the Tanzania region.
