RESERVATIONS IN-CHARGE @ AFRICAB
The Reservations In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the entire reservation process, ensuring smooth and efficient booking management for all hotel guests. Key duties include processing individual and group reservations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating closely with the Front Office team to guarantee seamless check-in experiences.This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and external travel partners. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maximizing occupancy and optimizing revenue through effective inventory control and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Handling all hotel bookings and reservations.
- Coordinating with OTAs (Online Travel Agents).
- Coordinating with travel agents.
- Coordinating with the front office.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
- Experience managing booking platforms and channels.
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
