Adactin is seeking a highly experienced ANZ Recruiter to join our team in Delhi NCR. This crucial role requires 8-10 years of specialized experience in IT recruitment, preferably focusing on the Australian and New Zealand markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their strong knowledge of ANZ hiring trends and market dynamics to source, screen, and secure top-tier technology talent for our growing organization.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across various technical domains, utilizing advanced sourcing tools and strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets efficiently.

Requirements:
- 8-10 years of IT recruitment experience (ANZ market preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ANZ job market & hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles within the IT sector.
- Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience with diverse sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networking).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding hiring targets.
- Understanding of Australian and New Zealand visa and labor laws related to international hiring.
- Stakeholder management experience, collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
- Proficient in salary negotiation and complex offer discussions.
