We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Rolling Mill Operator to join our team in Germany. This role involves crucial operational tasks within the rolling mill, ensuring quality control and efficient production flow. Key responsibilities include accurately weighing, labeling, and marking finished coils according to quality regulations, conducting visual inspections, material sampling, and managing process scrap sorting and transportation. You will also be expected to support machine setup and changeovers during downtime, contributing to overall plant efficiency. The working commitment is 40 hours per week, offering 28 days of paid vacation annually, plus various company benefits like gym and canteen subsidies.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in rolling mills or a similar field. A strong commitment to safety and physical fitness is essential. Language requirements mandate German Language proficiency at A2 level for the interview and B1 level before joining the company. The position offers a competitive basic salary of €2,938.86 per month, along with a performance bonus equivalent to an approximate 13th salary, and other allowances.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in rolling mills or similar field.

  • Experience in weighing, labeling, and marking finished coils as per quality regulations.
