Zynum Consultants is expanding and seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai for on-site construction projects. This role involves taking a lead in project scheduling and control, ensuring that all construction phases are aligned with the established timelines and quality standards of the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator capable of managing complex project data and translating it into actionable insights for the management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing Primavera P6 to develop comprehensive project baselines, manage regular updates, and perform rigorous delay analysis. You will be expected to create and maintain project dashboards that provide clear visibility into progress and potential bottlenecks. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can apply your technical expertise to high-impact construction projects across the region.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in construction planning.
Proven track record working specifically on UAE-based construction projects.
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 software for scheduling.
Demonstrated experience in creating and managing project baselines and updates.
Strong skills in performing detailed delay analysis and reporting.
Ability to develop and maintain interactive project dashboards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail regarding project timelines.
