The Sales Director will be responsible for leading the smartphone sales strategy and driving market growth across various regions. This role involves executing overall sales strategies, driving significant revenue growth, and ensuring market expansion. The successful candidate will manage regional sales teams and oversee Distributor & Dealer (DB) management to maintain a competitive edge in the smartphone industry. The position offers a competitive salary range of ₹15–22 LPA based on experience, along with perks such as fuel reimbursement, a laptop, and monthly or annual incentives.

Key Requirements
10–15 years of sales experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Extensive experience in distribution networks and sales strategy
Graduate or PG in a relevant field
Proven ability to lead and execute overall sales strategies
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth
Experience in managing regional sales teams
Expertise in Distributor & Dealer (DB) management
Proficiency in monitoring stock and ensuring product availability
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
