The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily shift operations, ensuring that all security guards adhere to established protocols, and acting as the primary point of contact for operational issues on site. This role demands strong leadership, excellent observational skills, and the ability to maintain discipline and efficiency among the team.

Key Requirements
Prior experience in a security supervisory role.
Ability to manage and monitor a team of Security Guards effectively.
Strong knowledge of site security procedures and documentation.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Capacity to respond rapidly and professionally to security alerts and incidents.
Valid SIRA or equivalent UAE security certification (or ability to obtain one).
Proficiency in utilizing surveillance and access control systems.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of discipline and professionalism.
Must be physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
Preferred previous security experience in the UAE.
